Do you want more of a hands on training program? Michelle will provide you with a program plan and show you proper form, technique and posture through a series of exercises based on your physical activity level.

  
After your initial consultation we will:
- Design a custom personal training program that fits your lifestyle
- Guide you step-by-step through your program to ensure proper form and technique
- Help improve your flexibility, strength and posture
- As your program progresses, Michelle will adjust your program to meet your evolving fitness needs and help you achieve new goals.
